The role
This role has a focus on advisory activity and co-ordinating the delivery of real estate work including new leases, lease renewals, licences, and disposals however the role is much broader than this and will also potentially include some acquisition work.
This particular role will focus on acting for clients within the hospitality industry
The candidate
Our client are open and are willing to consider applications from candidates from a wide range of PQE's but have given between 3-6 years as a guideline as they believe candidates at this level will possess the correct skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
Broad range of commercial property experience including landlord and tenant work, property disposals and asset management are required for the role.
Candidates will have excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to work flexibly to tight deadlines within the firms fast paced environment.
