Commercial Property Solicitor

This is fantastic opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a strong regional East Midlands based practice. In particular you be joining their growing team in the Derby office.
Our client is full service and they offer a range of private client and commercial services. In particular they are really growing their commercial offering and act for a range of clientele of PLCs attracted to the excellent client service on offer. They also act for small business to large multi nationals.

The Role:
Due to an increase in workload, the Commercial Property department requires a full time fee earner to handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
Technical excellence is essential, as well as being active in business development and networking in order to gain new clients and grow your own caseload.
You will be joining strong team of seven other fee earners and secretarial support that is Partner led.

The Candidate:
You will have at least 1 years' experience in Commercial Property Solicitor in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess a personable and professional approach and be able to provide a first class service to an expanding client base.
