A fantastic new role has arisen within a highly regarded firm based in Nottingham. The firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who has strong experience and ideally a knowledge of the utilities industry. This is a great opportunity to run your own files and play a pivotal role in the department by helping train new starters.
This is a standout role that should not be missed. Our client has been established for over 100 years and has a strong network of offices around the UK. They are strong players in the international market and can expect to be handling high quality work within a supportive and progressive working environment from day 1.
The Role:
You will be joining the Networks section of our client's successful and expanding Commercial Property department and be expected to run your own caseload with little supervision. This will cover easements and general land law issues in relation to electricity industry clients.
There will also be the opportunity to take on extra responsibility such as team training.
This role is incredibly client facing and you will act as the main point of contact for high profile clients.
The Candidate:
The firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor who has a solid background in Residential Conveyancing. The firm is happy to be fairly flexible in relation to level of PQE, as long as you have a strong understanding in this area of law and a good range of previous experience. You will have a depth of experience in Conveyancing and land law issues, ideally in relation to electricity industry clients.
A knowledge of the utilities industry would be advantageous but this is by no means essential.
Benefits:
A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the chosen candidate, as well as the opportunity to handle some high quality work.
How to Apply:
If you would like to apply for this role then please contact Andy Purdy or another member of the Private Practice team at Sacco Mann.
