A top international asset manager is looking for a funds/finance paralegal to join their expanding in house legal team in Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reviewing and drafting complex financial documents.
  • Ad hoc negotiating with counterparties, legal research and preparation of client proposals.

    • You will be the sole paralegal within this team and there is scope for the remit of the role to widen as your experience grows.

    The ideal candidate:

  • You have top academics from a red-brick or Russell Group university, with a minimum of a 2:1 and completed your LPC.
  • At least one year's experience in either a top private practice firm or in house within a financial services company.
