I am currently looking for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join a friendly, ambitious firm based in Oxfordshire on a 3 month assignment.
I am currently looking for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join a friendly, ambitious firm based in Oxfordshire on a 3 month assignment.
You will be assisting the Senior Lawyers and Fee Earners on a wide range of disputes including Intellectual Property, Residential & Commercial Property, Contested Probate, Negligence and Contract Disputes. Progression is available and it is hoped that the successful candidate will progress to manage their own caseload.
It is essential that you have experience of litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules and Court processes including Fast Track and Multi Track protocols. IT and client relations skills are also important.
