This is a varied and fast paced interim commercial lawyer role with an employer of choice in the Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial contracts background alongside a good working knowledge of IP. This is a fast paced role and you will be involved in reviewing and drafting wide ranging commercial contracts and collaboration agreements. Moreover, you will work closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
