Real Estate Paralegal sought for a National Law Firm based in their Buckinghamshire office.
The Client
We are working with a National Law Firm who are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join them in their Buckinghamshire office.
The Role
The role will involve supporting Senior Solicitors and Partners on a wide variety of Commercial Property matters.
- Supporting a Senior Partner in the Real Estate Team
- Reviewing amendments, leases, subleases or purchase assignments
- Managing matters including licenses, short form commercial leases and long form commercial leases
- To set up new files accurately and speedily on instructions from fee earners
- Working with local authorities
