Residential Conveyancer - West London

I am delighted to be representing a dual-disciplined law firm based in West London. This is a firm who don't spread themselves too thin and instead aim to be the best in the areas of Law that they cover, namely Conveyancing and Private Client. They are now seeking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their Brentford based office.

As the ideal candidate, you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years qualified experience in Residential Property. You will have knowledge of a broad range of Conveyancing matters including, but not limited to, sales & purchases, freehold and leasehold, & remortgages.

The role will require you to develop the Residential Conveyancing department by contributing with fee income and aiding the growth of client work. You will also be required to deal with a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters in a quick, efficient service with minimal supervision.

The firm offers an attractive salary of up to £50,000 per annum DOE.
