My client is a well-known London based Costs consultancy who are looking to appoint a Law Costs Draftsman with previous experience dealing with Claimant Commercial Costs files.
To be successful you need to have a minimum of 3-4 years experience, ideally in Commercial Costs, drafting Bills of Costs, reviewing Points of Dispute, preparing Points of Reply as well as conducting Negotiations. Budgeting and Advocacy experience would be advantageous although candidates without such will also be considered. My client also welcomes applications from Costs Draftsmen with extensive experience in areas other than Commercial.
The salary on offer is competitive and will be offered dependent on experience. In addition, my client has an attractive remuneration package and will consider funding ACL course for the right candidate.
