Our client, a leading international law firm, is recruiting a Leveraged Finance Associate with at least 2YRS PQE.
The market leading Leveraged Finance Group handles multi-jurisdictional transactions, working on some of the most cutting-edge and high profile deals in the market. The team advises banks and borrowers on a range of products including senior, mezzanine and second lien- loans, PIK debt, bridge-to-bond financings, bank/bond financings, high-yield debt offerings, securitisation take-outs and debt buy-backs and restructurings.
The right candidate will have excellent academics and finance experience gained at a leading law firm in a common law jurisdiction, such as the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
