Private Family Solicitor

A well-established South Yorkshire practice with over 100 years of experience assisting both private and commercial clients has a new opportunity for a private family solicitor to join its experienced team based in Rotherham. You will find a busy department in what is a ready-made role for a solicitor to come in, pick up an existing caseload and work with a broad ranging client base.

The role

This is within a small but flourishing private family department. You will find a caseload of matters to work on from day one. Business development is encouraged but there is no immediate need to do this.

Your caseload will be made up largely of divorce and financial matters, it will also include some private child law and cohabitation matters.

The team is small but well experienced and renowned for its quality work in the South Yorkshire region, you will join this friendly and motivated team.

The candidate

The firm is willing to be open with PQE levels however you must have private family experience and will need to evidence where you have handled your own matters.

Full time and part time can be considered, the firm is willing to be flexible on hours.

You should have great interpersonal skills to be able to deal with clients matters during a difficult time.
