A well-respected Law firm are seeking an experienced Tax Advisor to join their expanding team.

THE ROLE
The Tax Adviser will take on a diverse case load consisting predominantly of tax planning advice for wealthy individuals and their families (including non-residents/non-domiciles); trust and estate administration; including preparing accounts and tax returns.  The successful Tax Adviser will be expected to draft estate and trust accounts.  Collaborating with lawyers, you will be able to identify potential problems and refer across for legal advice where necessary.  You should be prepared to undertake appropriate training to gain knowledge and expertise within your field of work.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be an enthusiastic and experienced Tax Advisor.
You must be qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) or the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
You must have at least five years’ PQE within a Private Client firm.
You must have thorough knowledge and understanding of income tax, capital gains, tax and inheritance tax with experience of foreign taxation implications and double taxation treaties.
Ideally you will be a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners although, this is not essential, if you are prepared to qualify through the Qualified Practitioner Route.
