Are you an East Anglia based residential conveyancing solicitor who is looking to work for a Legal 500 firm with three offices in central Cambridge? Would you like to join an existing team which acts for medium to high net worth clients in the local area and also national referrers?
You will ideally be a residential conveyancing solicitor, CILEX or licensed conveyancer with around 3 years’ experience or more. You will be able to deal with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Rights to Buy and Shared Ownership Schemes for both freehold and leasehold property. The ideal candidate will be from the local area, St Ives, and will have a solid knowledge of the local market, and if possible business contacts from this.
