My client, which has a fantastic reputation nationally and employs some long-serving partners who have vast experience within the PI field, is currently seeking an RTA Portal Fee Earner in St. Helens. The practice deals with a range of personal-injury matters.

The role

As the successful candidate for this legal job, you will have solid previous experience of dealing with RTA claims within stages 1-3 of the MOJ portal, including issuing at stage 3. You will also have an understanding of RTA-claims processes and civil-procedure rules.

As a fee earner, you will be running a caseload of PI matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including the issuing of stage 3 proceedings.
