This is a firm in Bath with an international presence. They clientele includes both private and commercial, but their strategic focus has lead them to be national leaders in the charity and education sectors. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Trusts & Estates paralegal and/or legal executive in their Bath office.

Your new role

As a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates team, you will be supporting business development activities and assisting transactions. You will be dealing with clients in person and on the phone. You will be working with the rest of the team to carry out work for the client to the highest possible standard. You will dealing with the documents and correspondence from clients, this includes: faxing, filing, and photo-copying and document management.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have experience in Trusts and Estates and will have completed your LPC. You will be the type of person who relishes a challenge, who is able to work on their own initiative and who wishes to become a part of a close-knit team. The environment in this firm is positive and supportive but also demanding due to external deadlines and volume of work. You will need to be pro-active and able to manage a large caseload.
