Due to continued growth and expansion, an experienced Residential Conveyancer is required for a fantastic opportunity with a Top 100 law firm at its Northampton office.

The company will be able to provide a salary that is negotiable, with this depending on your level of experience.

The role

This is a leading, national firm with offices up and down the UK. You will be required to manage your own residential-conveyancing caseload, to include newbuild, freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages, and shared ownership.

My client is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and manage their own residential-conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion. The practice has an large referral network, and is known as being one of the largest providers of conveyancing services in the UK.
