Commercial Property Solicitor

A national firm with international reach has a unique opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to work on a high quality caseload but also have a great work life balance with minimal late hours. The Role

Working in the firm's commercial property department you will join an experienced team with an array of clients who have long established relationships with the firm.

Some of the clients you will work with will come from the retail and health sectors but you will also work with a range of clients from various sectors making this a diverse caseload.

You will work on a full spectrum of landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals, acquisitions and other areas of transactional commercial property.

The Candidate

Ideally the firm are looking for a solicitor between 2-7 years PQE but applications from candidates with experience outside of this range will also be considered.

You should have strong commercial acumen and be technically adept at commercial property matters.

A high level of interpersonal skills are needed for this role to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
