A top law firm based in London is looking to hire a Junior Receptionist to work the hours 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Responsibilities will include predominantly assisting with the 2 Receptionist with clients, meeting/conference rooms, telephone calls however in addition you will be required to assist with various office duties including court runs, ordering and preparing lunches, photocopying, filing, sorting post, etc..  Applicants should have basic knowledge of IT and MS Office software packages, should be able to work well within a small team and have good written and verbal communication skills.  The salary for this role is up to £18,000 to £20,000 plus a fantastic benefits package for the successful applicant.  This firm is still relatively small, even with its expansion so applicants need to have an attitude of no job too big or too small – sometimes helping out with client events and other times assisting with lunch runs. Ideally a minimum of 5 A-Cs at GCSE including Maths and English.  Candidates do not require previous work experience however should you have prior office work history it could be beneficial especially should you have worked in a professional services organisation.
