OUR CLIENT
An international name in the construction industry seeks to appoint an additional Solicitor c 2 - 5 PQE with a construction background to join an established in house legal team
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a general advisory role negotiating and drafting construction/pre construction agreements to include; subcontracts, bonds, guarantees warranties and regulatory matters.
Other aspects of the role will include advising on risk, legal training and potential litigation
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting in house role, applicants must have relevant construction or property development experience gained from a leading law firm, excellent communication skills and a desire to work as a key member of a thriving in house legal function.
