The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their Uxbridge, West London office.

You will take over a high-quality caseload from a Senior Solicitor who is due to retire. This will be a varied and interesting caseload of both Commercial (70%) and high-value Residential Property (40%). On the commercial side the work will include; Landlord and Tenant, Commercial Leases and Sales and purchases.

• You will be a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A good billings history is desirable
• The role will be based in Uxbridge, West London.
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent bonus structure
