Dispute Resolution Solicitor - This regional heavyweight Legal 500 firm with several offices and a strong presence in the South of England now seek a NQ -3PQE dispute resolution solicitor to join their well-regarded and highly acclaimed team.
The team are renowned for acting on high value and complex disputes with a focus on shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate/commercial disputes, IP disputes, property & construction disputes, negligence claims and restraint of trade and restrictive covenant disputes.
Working alongside 2 partners and a small team with an abundance of experience you will draft witness statements, pleadings, statements of costs, cost schedules and orders whilst assisting the team on more complex matters.
They are interested in applicants with flair, a client focused approach and excellent business development skills as well strong academics and friendly demeanour.
