Are you a highly experienced legal secretary looking to join a leading mid-sized law firm based in their Birmingham city centre office? Are you looking for a varied role to utilise your experience? 

Our client is a well-established law firm and is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to work in a float capacity. You will join a highly supportive and successful law firm that will provide you with all the platforms to further your secretarial career. 

You will be expected to provide secretarial support and assistance to various teams and departments within the firm covering absences and busy periods when needed. This role will be a permanent, full time position and your key duties will include;

- Audio/copy typing
- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone 
- Covering absences and busy periods 
- Assisting with a full range of work across various departments
- Diary management

As this role is a very hands on and varied position, you will need to have experience working across at least three different departments, excellent secretarial skills, along with a great team working attitude.
