Our Client is looking for a Conveyancer to join its Property team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have garnered an extensive amount of quality Residential Property experience and will ideally have had experience of handling the entirety of the conveyancing process, from instruction through to sale/purchase. It would also be an advantage for candidates to have had some managerial experience.

The successful candidate will also have a commercial, hands on approach and genuine enthusiasm for Residential Property work as well a keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills.
