Corporate and Capital Markets lawyer

Top 100 central London commercial firm  requires an experienced corporate lawyer to join them at short notice on a contract basis to assist with heavy workloads. You will have experience in both corporate Mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. The department represent client in the technology, energy and natural resources sectors. You will therefore have experienced gained with a reputable city or regional practice and have experience of  ECM, public M and A, investments as well as complex international transactions in these areas.
