Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am currently working with an International, full-service commercial law firm based in Manchester who are growing rapidly to become a dynamic, vibrant and exciting law firm. Due to this continuous growth, they are now looking for Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Manchester.

The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner should have knowledge of Sales and Purchase of leasehold and freehold, Re-mortgages and schemes such as Help to Buy and equity sharing arrangements. The Paralegal/Fee Earner will have experience working with conveyancing processes and procedures. Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy skills, able to organise and prioritise workload especially under pressure is essential. Must possess a Law degree or equivalent qualification ILEX/FILEX/CILEX, with the ability work alone using their own initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified individual to join a well-established and fantastic Law Firm; with strong customer facing skills and post qualified experience of working in Residential Conveyancing as a Fee Earner.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must possess a Law degree or equivalent qualification ILEX/FILEX/CILEX
• Experience of working with conveyancing processes and procedures particularly in Residential Property is essential
• Strong customer facing skills
• PC literate and proficient using MS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload especially under pressure
• Demonstrates a "can do" attitude approaches all work with enthusiasm
• Proactive - ability to work alone using your initiative - self-starter
• Strong team player
• Reliability - consistently demonstrates good approach to all work conducted - good time keeper
