We are looking for an experienced Head of Legal to join our in-house Client in their London office. the role will suit someone who has proven management experience from an in-house Legal team, or with private practise, and can provide a comprehensive in-house legal function.
The role not only covers managing a team of 6 solicitors, it will also provide advice, and secretarial support to a Board, CEO and executive committees, ensuring their duties are carried out successfully.
Experience of understanding relevant Acts and Public sector procurement law, and a working with boards and managing complaints etc. is essential.
Although based in London there will be some national travel required and there is a car allowance incorporated within the package. There is a full spec available, so please do contact me if you feel this could be of interest.
