Projects and Construction Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a highly respected law firm based in the South West of England, with clients both in the public and private sectors.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a projects lawyer to join the firm's highly respected commercial and infrastructure team advising clients on projects, commercial and construction/EPC contracts.

You will be working on a variety of commercial projects, including the delivery of complex transactions to both public and private sector clients, from project finance to regulation and commercial transactions.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role you will be a proactive projects lawyer with 2-6 PQE, with excellent academics and
a proven track record gained with a top national or regional firm.

You will have gained solid experience of working on commercial, PFI/PPP, construction/engineering, or finance contracts.

Experience of working within the energy, waste or infrastructure sectors would be highly desirable.
