Civil Litigation Solicitor

Our Client is a niche mixed practice based in North Merseyside/West Lancashire. The firm are going through a period of growth and are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor.

The Role

• You will join a small, friendly firm and be responsible for handling your own mixed Civil Litigation caseload including Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Care Home Fees, Debt Recovery, Landlord & Tenant, Boundary Disputes.
• You will assist in business development activities and marketing of the firm.
• If appropriate, you would be appointed COLP.
• There is a potential for Directorship in the future.
• There is a potential to work flexibly/remotely on occasions.

Suitable Candidates

• You will be at least 3 years PQE.
• You will have strong and varied Civil Litigation experience/skills.
• You will be looking for a long term career move.
• You will be vibrant and someone who can usue initiative and think outside of the box.
• You will enjoy marketing the firm and bringing in work.
• You will be commercially minded, with a desire to bill strongly and regularly.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience - £30,000 - £35,000.
• Full Time working hours
• Flexible/Remote working
