Construction Lawyer - Manchester

Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an experienced Construction Lawyer for a new role with a leading national law firm to be based in Manchester.

Our client is a market-leading national law firm, who have an award winning and well-regarded Real Estate practice which incorporates their Construction group. The work of the group is hugely varied and includes buildings, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure and utilities, across both private and public sectors. They also provide advice and support for the wider Real Estate, Banking and PFI/Projects teams.

Due to expansion we are now seeking to recruit a non-contentious Construction Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in non-contentious Construction Law, with your experience gained at a national or recognised regional law firm. That said, they are open to applicants coming from smaller firms as long as you have strong academics and can demonstrate the level of experience they require. You will have a good knowledge of building work, preferably with process plant, energy, utility and/or infrastructure experience.
