The Role: Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Established for over 200 years, our client, a well-respected firm based in the historic city of York has organically grown a reputation for providing a high quality legal service for individuals and businesses. Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their dedicated team on a full time permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor to work closely with the Head of Department as well as managing a caseload of matters which will include:

• Acquisitions and mergers
• Corporate Finance
• Joint ventures
• Partnerships
• Terms of Trade,
• Commercial contracts
• Company and LLP Formation
• Compliance

Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 5years' PQE who has dealt with a wide variety of high calibre corporate and commercial transactions. Ideally the applicant will be a team player and is willing to quickly become an integral part of a close knit team.
