Family Lawyer - Lancashire

Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client's nationally recognised domestic abuse, children and stalking department.

The role will involve managing your own mixed caseload of Family matters including those of a complex and sensitive nature from inception through to completion. We are therefore seeking candidates who have recent and proven experience within domestic abuse, relevant legislation surrounding this and legal aid. Advocacy experience and a full driving licence will also be essential for this role.
