Commercial Lawyer Birmingham

My client, a financial consulting firm based in Birmingham, is looking for a commercial lawyer to join them for an initial 3 month contract with the potential for extension.

The Role:

This is a broad commercial role with the bulk of the work involving negotiating NDA contracts.

The successful candidate:

- Will be 2-3 years PQE*.

- Will have experience of negotiating NDA's.

- Will have excellent credentials and work experience gained either in house in a top financial institution or within private practice.

- Will be immediately available to begin a 3 month contract and potentially longer.
