Commercial Team Secretary
I am recruiting on behalf of an award winning legal 500 law firm who are looking to hire a Commercial Team Secretary to their offices in York. Competitive salary offered.
My client is an incredibly well established leading law firm who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary due to their continued growth and expansion. Working for this forward-thinking firm, there is a pleasant working environment along with opportunities for progression and development.
As a Legal Secretary in the Commercial Team, your main duties will include:
* Digital Dictation; letters, briefs, reports, bills
* Audio typing complex documents
* Diary Management
* Answering calls and speaking to clients
* Administrative duties including photocopying, emails and archiving files
You will report to the Admin Manager and will be expected to provide secretarial cover for absences in the Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Finance Units. It is essential for successful candidates to have previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably within residential conveyancing or commercial property. You must have a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm.
