A Private Practice in Durham requires a Family Locum to join their team for around a 2 month period to help cover the interim. It is highly likely this position will extend. The ideal candidate will be able to work a minimum of 21 hours.
Day to day duties:
- Handling own caseload of private and public funded family law matters
- Legal Aid
- Dealing with minimal care matters
- Caseload includes divorce, financial matters, ancillary relief, childcare and relationship breakdowns
- Undertaking own advocacy as required
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
