Commercial Litigation Associate
If you are currently an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer looking to take the next step and play a pivotal role in the development of the practice, this is the role for you! You will benefit from a lot of autonomy, high levels of responsibility, and a great remuneration package.
You will be advising on a full range of Civil and Commercial Litigation including:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Contractual Disputes
- Landlord & Tenant Disputes
- Defamation
- Contentious Probate
Ideally you will be 5 + PQE with solid Dispute Resolution experience from a reputable practice. You will also be a keen business developer and have ideally had some managing or supervisory experience.
