12 month FTC M&A / Finance Paralegal at US Law Firm with lots of overtime To £35,000 + Overtime

US Law firm is looking to recruit a new Paralegal on an initial 12 month basis, working across Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance and Restructuring / Insolvency to work directly with the Partners and Associates.  This will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime.  This firm is looking for candidates who have previously worked at a high level within M&A/Restructuring/Finance as the successful candidates will be supporting three busy Partners across the practice areas plus teams however should you have mainstream corporate please apply too as the firm will be flexible where possible.  You will have exposure to clients along with plenty of drafting and transactional involvement.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 1-2 years, preferably from within a top-tier City law firm within a corporate or company/commercial department.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
