We are currently representing a FTSE 100 client in the energy who are seeking to hire a commercial lawyer to assist their UK legal team. This role will be offered as a 6 month contract.
The Role
The successful commercial lawyer will sit within a well-established and collegiate legal team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of a range of commercial contracts including joint development agreements, sale and purchase agreements, consultancy agreements, confidentiality agreements, and agency and distribution agreements.
You will provide commercial legal advice to internal clients within procurement, marketing, sales and technology teams.
About you
You will have qualified as a lawyer in the UK, Australia or New Zealand and have gained excellent commercial contracts experience in a City law firm or a multinational business. Due to the level of responsibility offered this role would be well suited to a commercial lawyer of c.3-6 PQE.
