In-House Property Solicitor

Our client is a leading British retailer based in the West Midlands and we are assisting them to find them a commercial property/real estate lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join their excellent in-house legal team.

The business has been going from strength to strength in recent years and is now enhancing it's legal function to help it grow even further. The successful lawyer will be responsible for providing legal services in connection with the company's property portfolio. The drafting, negotiation and completion of lease renewals, lease assignments/transfers surrenders and leasehold acquisitions is a particularly important aspect of this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 4+ year PQE lawyer to undertake a varied and interesting role within a leading British business. This experience would ideally be gained in-house or in a leading private practice, real estate team. Any experience of working with clients within the retail sector would be a real bonus.
