Our client, a City based firm US Law firm with stunning offices, is keen to recruit an HR Administrator to work alongside the HR Manager and the Graduate & Associate Recruitment Manager. The role will provide day to day administrative support to the HR Manager and Graduate & Associate Recruitment Manager to ensure the team provides a comprehensive and efficient service to the London office. This is a brand new position and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly and progressive team and the ideal opportunity for somebody to really make the role their own with plenty of scope for someone who wants to progress and work their way up. A minimum of 6 months experience working in administration is a must and while law firm experience is preferred but not essential. You must have the ability to interact professionally and with confidence at all levels, be responsive and be able to work to deadlines. You must also be a team player, with a can-do attitude and demonstrate flexibility and versatility. Duties will include:

  • Preparation of HR documentation
  • Monitoring probationary periods
  • Assisting with the appraisal process
  • Maintaining the holiday and sickness records
  • Assisting with planning and facilitation of internal and external training
  • Organising room bookings and set-up
  • Recording training and feedback using Micron and other applicable systems
  • Administer trainee professional skills course
  • Undertaking ad hoc training and professional development projects
