Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a corporate lawyer to join their office in the BVI. The firm are known internationally for their solid reputation in the corporate industry through their hard work and professionalism, they offer commercially balanced and down to earth advice to their clients.
You should possess a minimum of 6+ years PQE with experience in a general mix of corporate work, to include, Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder agreements, Corporate Finance & Ancillary matters and must be able to work under pressure along with working as part of the corporate team. You must also have excellent academics and be a qualified solicitor with experience of a large reputable law firm.
