A utility business, based in West Sussex, is looking for an Environment and Planning Solicitor to join their In-house legal team. The role would be perfect for an Environment and Planning Solicitor with more than 2 years PQE, who is either already working In-house or keen to make the move. Salary is dependent on individual experience.

Based in the headquarters of this well-known utility business, the successful Environment and Planning Solicitor will work alongside a small team of In-house Lawyers providing comprehensive legal advice to the business in matters relating to environment, regulatory, and planning. Working collaboratively with the team you will handle public inquiries, pollution control, permitting, regulatory enforcement, and infrastructure planning.

Applications are invited from commercially driven Solicitors with backgrounds in Environment and Planning matters that are keen to work in an autonomous position. Candidates will ideally have more than 2 years PQE however applications from candidates of all levels will be considered.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor with experience of Environment and Planning matters to work at the heart of this utility business as part of their In-house legal team.
