This is a partner-level role and the firm would be particularly interested to hear from any candidates who can bring a following of clients.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking for a solicitor with an excellent background in commercial property in general but with specific experience in residential property matters. The firm acts for investors, developers and traders in the UK and internationally as well as private residential purchasers and is looking for a senior level solicitor who can take on complex and high-value residential property matters and provide support and training to the junior fee-earners and the department in general. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 5 years’ PQE;
Have an excellent background in residential property matters;
Preferably, bring with you a following of clients, or have excellent marketing and networking skills;
Be a team player, able to support and motivate junior colleagues.
