Are you an experienced Child Law Fee Earner / Legal Executive / Solicitor looking to join a Legal 500 firm at its central York office?
The firm is a specialist within the field, dealing with all areas of the law relating to children. The firm represents children, parents, and other family members in Court proceedings, and is looking for an experienced professional to join the team.
The position will see the successful child law fee earner dealing with a case load of circa 50% Care Proceedings and 50% Private Children work. Specialist areas the firm looks at include, but are not limited to: Care proceedings, adoption, emergency orders, guardianship, child arrangements order, injunctions, international child disputes, and paternity disputes.
