Senior Corporate Lawyer (Fin Tech)

The company:

A leading and well known global FinTech is seeking a Lawyer to join its London Legal team.

The role:

Operating at senior stakeholder level, responsibilities will include a broad range of corporate work including M&A transactions and JVs as well as drafting and negotiating a wide spectrum of commercial agreements.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have top tier corporate/M&A experience and is likely to be employed at a leading city law firm or in a similar In-House capacity. Furthermore, candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent academics with the ability to provide commercially focused legal advice. The role is a broad corporate and commercial position with the preference to recruit an individual from a corporate background.
