Private Client Solicitor

Working out of their impressive offices, this is an opportunity to work in the firm's respected private client department, providing advice and guidance on the full remit of private client matters.

This newly created private client role is suitable for a private client solicitor who is STEP qualified, alternatively, they will consider speaking to candidates who are interested in working towards achieving the STEP qualification.

The Private Client Solicitor duties will include meeting with clients to take instructions and advise about wills, estates, power of attorney and court of protection deputyship work. Drafting wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications and accounts relating to estate of deputyship files; dealing with estates and researching points of law in respect of benefits, tax, trusts and estates.
