Working for a rapidly growing bank based out of Kent, this role reports to the Deputy Company Secretary and assists in the scheduling and organisation of Board and Committee meetings. It provides administrative assistance to the Company's Secretarial team and, as such, requires an excellent level of organisation and a minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative role. The role entails liaising with C-suite level individuals so the successful candidate will also need to have 2 years prior experience dealing with Directors and Senior Executives.
A basic understanding of UK company law and statutory requirements would be desirable. Intermediate IT skills are a necessity.
