Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a leading national practice who seek to appointment a commercial litigation solicitor into the commercial litigation group based in the Manchester office.  

You will join a heavyweight commercial litigation team, working with highly regarded commercial litigation partners.  The firm seeks to bolster this top ranking team with the addition of a commercial litigation solicitor with a strong commercial acumen and a good mixed practice to act for a range of high profile clients and multi-national companies.

This sizable team handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters for corporate and commercial business clients, both in the public and private sector. There is a crossover of work covering distinct areas including TMT, IP, sports/media and insolvency, as well as mediation and arbitration work. With scope to work on a national and international platform, you will handle your own caseload including emergency work such as freezing and search orders. The team regularly acts in Europe and you will have the opportunity to also act for the firm's European clients. As such, an ability to speak a foreign language is a distinct advantage.
