Commercial Solicitor

Our client is a truly international law firm who now seek to appoint a commercial solicitor to join
the Manchester office in a Managing Associate position.  

The Manchester team is sizeable and ranks highly in the Legal 500, as does the commercial group nationally. Enjoying a broad stretch of work, which includes commercial contracts, IP, IT, media & advertising and procurement, you will take responsibility for your own caseload including complex project work and larger scale team work.

As a commercial solicitor, you may have already developed a specialism in a particular area, however, you will also have the benefit of working across wider commercial aspects, including those above. This all leads to you having variety and interest, and gives greater flexibility to the team. It goes without saying that you'll have a strong commercial ability and be used to handling client relationships, but you will also have a well-developed technical ability, good academics and be ready to contribute to the development of the team in this managing associate role.
