Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor
My client, a boutique firm based in Surrey is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity.
As Residential Conveyancers you will be managing your own caseload utilising your residential conveyancing experience across a range of transactions.
As a Conveyancer, you will ideally have experience in working in managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
My client is seeking candidates that are Immediately available that can commit to the 9 months.
