Residential Conveyancer

My client is an established regional law firm that offers a full range of legal services and that has over 30 fee earners. The firm are actively looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years experience to join their Hertford office. My client is known for the friendly atmosphere within their team and the promotion of a work life balance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages.

Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have residentail conveyancing experience and can run your own case load with minumal supervision. You will be a personable, self starter who enjoys working in a team environment and who is able to build new long term busienss relationships.
